| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨恶性肿瘤临床误诊的原因。方法：对内科门诊27例恶性肿瘤进行了回顾性分析。结果：近半数患者延误诊断半年以上。结论：恶性肿瘤的早期诊断对预后影响很大。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the reasons about clinical misdiagnosis of malignant tumor.Methods:27 patients with malignant tumor in the internal medicine department were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Nearly half of the patients had a delay in diagnosis for more than half a year.Conclusion:Early diagnosis of malignant tumor has a great influence on prognosis. |
