| 摘 要： | 汉明帝是东汉第二个皇帝，他在位时采取了诸多政治、经济方面的措施，妥善地解决困扰汉王朝的诸侯王问题，是汉代较有作为的皇帝之一。其统治作风和个人性格对汉代后期的皇权政治有较大的影响，其吏治对巩固封建中央集权也起了至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Han Mingdi was the second emperor of the East Han dynasty.While he was on the throne,he took a series of political and economical measures,properly solved the problems caused by various dukes that troubled the Han dynasty.He was one of the accomplished emperors of the Han dynasty.His rule style and induvidual character had rather deep influlence on the royal politics in the later Han dynasty,and his civil admistration played much important role in soliding fuedal central action of authority. |
