摘    要:日本最长执政首相安倍晋三在第二次执政期间推行了一系列教育改革。在课程改革方面,第二次安倍政权不仅继承了"宽松教育"时期的"生存力"核心素养理念,而且通过更加具体化的"资质能力"概念完善和发展了"生存力"核心素养理念,并通过建立面向社会的课程体系、提倡"主体性对话性深度学习"的教学方法,强化学校层面的"课程管理"等三大举措加以具体落实。虽然安倍课程改革也并未真正解决培养核心素养的难题,但它基于日本教育改革的经验教训和国际社会的潮流而坚持了培养核心素养的大方向,因此,分析和研究第二次安倍政权下的课程改革对于理解当今日本教育改革具有重要意义。

Abstract:Japan's longest ruling prime minister,Shinzo Abe,implemented a series of educational reforms during his administration.In terms of curriculum reform,the second Abe regime not only inherited the concept of"Power to Live"(ikiru chikara)during the"relaxed education"period,but also improved and developed the concept through the more specific concept of"competencies&skills".The reform focuses on the establishment of a society-oriented curriculum system,the promotion of"subjective dialogue and deep learning"teaching methods,and the strengthening of school-level"curriculum management".This article believes that although the Abe curriculum reform did not really solve the problem of cultivating key competencies,it insisted on the direction of cultivating competencies based on the experience and lessons of Japanese education reform and the trend of the international community.Analyzing and studying the curriculum reform under the second Abe regime is of great significance for understanding the educational reform in Japan today.
