| 摘 要： | 地方公共文化服务法规是国家公共文化服务法律体系的重要组成部分。文章介绍了地方公共文化服务立法进展,从立法总则、服务内容、服务方式、服务对象、保障机制等方面对已颁布的地方公共文化服务法规进行比较分析,得出其异同点与不足,并针对存在的问题提出具体意见和建议。

| Abstract: | The local public cultural service laws and regulations are an important part of the national public cultural service legal system.The paper introduces the legislative progress of local public cultural services,compares and analyzes the promulgated local public cultural service laws and regulations from the aspects of general legislation,service content,service methods,service objects,and guarantee mechanisms,draws their similarities,differences and deficiencies,and puts forward specific opinions and suggestions in view of the existing problems. |
