摘    要:抓好劳动教育,重塑劳动教育观,重视劳动实践,是新时代教育发展的必然要求,也是高等学校人才培养的迫切需要。针对西南石油大学地学类专业的特点,广泛开展劳动教育,将劳动教育有效地融入人才培养方案的各个环节,建立健全地学类专业人才培养体系,是人才培养方案的重要组成部分。该文依托地学类专业野外实习实践环节的特点,在野外地质实习中广泛开展劳动教育,探索建立“地质+劳动”的教育与实践育人体系,将劳动教育与专业教育相结合、将劳动实践与专业实践相结合,培养广大学生的吃苦耐劳精神、奋斗精神、创业精神,使他们树立正确的劳动观、价值观,更加热爱专业,努力成为国家和地方经济建设急需的高层次人才,报效祖国,奉献社会。

A Brief Discussion on the Implementation Path of Labor Education Based on Field Geological Practice

Abstract:Doing a good job of labor education,reshaping the concept of labor education,and emphasizing labor practice are the inevitable requirements for the development of education in the new era,and it is also an urgent need for the training of talents in colleges and universities.In view of the characteristics of geoscience majors in Southwest Petroleum University,how to carry out labor education extensively,effectively integrate labor education into all aspects of the talent training program,and establish a sound professional talent training system for geoscience majors is an important part of the talent training program.Relying on the characteristics of field practice of geoscience majors,this paper conducts extensive labor education in field geological practice,explores the establishment of an education system of“geology+labor”education and practice,combines labor education with professional education,and combines labor practice with professional practice to cultivate the hard-working,striving and entrepreneurial spirit of the students,so that they can establish a correct outlook on labor,values,and love their majors more,and strive to become high-level talents that are urgently needed for national and local economic construction.
