| 摘 要： | 工商管理类专业特性在于其具有很强的应用性,其本质不在于知而在于行。换句话说,工商管理类专业的理论知识必须和企业实践结合才具有价值。实施一流本科专业建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展的重要途径就是构建一套科学合理并行之有效的实践教学体系。该文根据工商管理类专业的特点,结合自身人才培养经验,构建了工商管理类专业“五位一体”的实践教学体系。该体系的实施不仅提升了该校工商管理类专业的教学质量,对其他高校也具有较强的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The characteristic of business administration discipline lies in its strong applicability,and its essence lies not in knowing but in doing.In other words,the theory of business administration related majors must be combined with enterprise practice to be valuable.The important way to accelerate the firstclass discipline construction of business administration and realize the connotative development of higher education is to construct a set of scientific,reasonable and effective practical teaching system.According to the characteristics of business administration related majors and the experience of talent cultivation,this paper puts forward a“five-in-one”practice teaching system of business administration.The implementation of this system not only improves the teaching quality of the business administration major of this university,but also has strong reference significance for other universities. |
