| 摘 要： | 礼貌原则是人们在交际活动中应当遵守的重要的语用原则之一。礼貌服务被视为酒店生命线,而礼貌原则在酒店服务英语中又处处得以体现。教师在教授酒店英语过程中应渗透Geoffrey Leech礼貌原则,在课堂教学语言的使用上应该遵守礼貌原则。

| Abstract: | Politeness principle is one of the important pragmatic principles which people should follow in their communication activities. Polite service is regarded as the lifeline of the hotel. And politeness principle is reflected in every aspect in the hotel service. The teacher should penetrate politeness principle in the process of hotel English teaching and follow politeness principle in their language using in class teaching. |
