| 摘 要： | 从成本与效益的视角,对我国高校体育场馆成本与效益、高校体育场馆的产权性质、经营性质、营利行为等问题进行了深入分析,进而探讨我国高校体育场馆的管理策略,认为我国高校体育场馆管理易采用弱化全额成本管理,倡导成本差额管理;减少委托代理链条,主张高校直接管理;保持非经营事业性,采用半市场公司化;控制公私利益博弈,创新管理人才激励的策略.
