| 摘 要： | 希特勒对苏政策是他侵略战争政策的一个重要组成部分，是与他的种族主义和生存空间理论紧密结合在一起的一种外交策略。文章从希特勒的种族主义和生存空间理论出发，对二战前希特勒对苏政策的形成与特点进行了探析，试图挖掘纳粹德国能够在较短时间内快速实现其军备重整和成为欧洲战争策源地的原因所在。

| Abstract: | Hitler's policy on Soviet Union, a diplomatic policy combined with racialism and living space theory, is one of the most important parts of his aggressive policies. According to Hitler's Racialism and Lebensraum,the article probes into the characteristics of Hitler's policy on Soviet Union before the Second World War. So that the reasons why Nazi Germany could reform their armament so quickly becoming the source of Europe are revealed. |
