| 摘 要： | 运用专家访谈法、问卷调查法等，对新背景下中学体育教师人际关系的特征，从不同角度、不同层次进行了调查研究。结果表明：新背景下中学体育教师人际关系总体一般；中学体育教师人际关系随着年龄的增长呈现出先下降再上升的趋势；中学体育教师人际关系在性别上不存在显著性差异；不同职称、不同职务的中学体育教师的人际关系存在着显著性的差异。
