| 摘 要： | 随着30年来改革开放，“早茶”的广府民俗古风在传承中的嬗变，不仅传承与彰显着广府的地域特色和广府人的地域心理，更增添现代商业色彩和都市人文意蕴，展示了城市人格和标榜出城市文化形象这样的核心文化价值。本文以广府人“早茶民俗”作为研究对象，试图对广府人作为个体通过“叹早茶”而参与至公共领域这一方式进行探讨与思考，研究早茶民俗的嬗变与广府文化的传承。
