| 摘 要： | 论述了校园文化和军工文化的涵义，着重讨论了军工校园文化建设的基本目标、指导思想、建设中应注意的问题和对策等，认为军工校园文化建设要抓住核心问题，要有创新精神，要重视思想政治教育的作用．以东华理工大学为例，提出军工校园文化建设要加强组织领导，营造良好的校园文化环境，重视精神文化建设，将军工文化要素融入校园文化中，构建特色校园文化、和谐校园文化． |
