摘    要:跆拳道运动是一项既能强身健体又能防身自卫的现代竞技体育运动,跆拳道运动技法简单易练,练习时身体活动部位多,长期练习能提高大学生的身体素质.跆拳道运动具有深厚的文化底蕴和独特的教学特点,高校开展大学生跆拳道课程,有利于培养大学生高尚品德、勇于创新、顽强拼搏的进取精神,对大学生的身心健康起到极大的促进作用.

Abstract:Kickboxing is a modern competitive sports movement that can make the body strong and improve one's self-defence.Kickboxing is easy to exercise and involved many body parts,so the long-term exercising can improve college students' body quality.Kickboxing,with profound culture connotation and special teaching features,is beneficial to cultivate college students' noble moral,creative and tenacious spirit so as to promote their body and mind health.
