| 摘 要： | 高职院校因在办学类型、办学层次、管理模式等方面的局限，使得其在青年教师科研能力培养方面受到多种因素掣肘。顺德职业技术学院通过政策引导，以科研导师制、科研创新团队等措施为抓手，探索了一条高职院校青年教师科研能力培养的新途径。
