| 摘 要： | 有限王权是中世纪英国一个重要的政治现象.古老的日耳曼传统是有限王权的历史根源,法律至上的制度与观念是有限王权形成的基础,教俗二元权力体系是有限王权的根本保证.从这三个方面剖析这一重要的政治现象及其原因,有利于加深对英国政治文化传统的理解.

| Abstract: | Limitation of kingship was an important political phenomenon in the medieval England.This phenomenon can be analyzed from three aspects: first,the old Germanic tradition was its historical origin;secondly,the system and concept of the law endowed with supreme power was the foundation of its existence;thirdly,the binary power system of religion and secularity served as its final guarantee.This analysis will be of great benefit for us to comprehend the political and cultural tradition of England. |
