| 摘 要： | 由于近年来政府支出大幅度的增加并没有取得应有的效果,使得我们不得不考虑政府支出的挤出效应。通过建立一个消费的跨期替代模型,分析了中国政府支出与居民消费支出之间的关系,结果表明政府支出不但没有挤出消费,反而具有一定程度的挤入效应,并且财政支出中不同部分对消费具有不同的影响。最后在对实证结果的基础上对提高财政支出的效果提出了若干政策建议。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the increasing government expenditure didn't achieve the expectant effect,so we have to consider the extrusion effect of government expenditure.The author analyses the relationship between the Chinese government expenditure and consumption expenditure by establishing a consuming model of inter-temporal substitution.It turns out that the government expenditure didn't squeeze out consumption but into consumption instead.In addition,the different parts of government expenditure have different effects on consumption expenditures.Then,some advices are suggested on how to enhance the effect of government expenditure on the basis of the empirical study. |
