| 摘 要： | 体育社会化的发展对体育运动教学提出了新要求，体育教学要适应终身教育的思想，为全民健身事业服务，就必须打破旧的体育教学观念。为此，本文通过对心理学中元认知概念和作用的论述，证明元认知在体育教学中应用的可行性和必要性。以完善体育教学理论体系。

| Abstract: | The development of socialized sports makes a new demand on physical education.In order to adjust lifetime education and serve citizens in physical fitness,physical education has to break the old view.Thus,this thesis,through the conception and effect of metacognition in psychology,seeks to prove the feasibility and necessity of metacognition in physical education. |
