三相两电平软开关电路的研究

摘    要:随着电力电子学的飞速发展,经典的开关电源由于功率因数低、开关损耗大、谐波含量高等缺点已不能满足高频开关电源的发展要求。为了解决这问题,将功率因数校正技术和软开关技术结合使用使功率开关器件工作在零电压或零电流状态,降低了开关损耗、提高了功率因数。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the power electronics,the classic switching power supply has come with defects such as low power factor,big switch loss and high harmonic content,and so on.Thus it can’t meet the development requirements of the continuously rising switch frequency.In order to solve these problems,this paper integrates the power factor correction technology and the soft switch technology to make the high frequency switch circuit work in zero voltage or zero current state.So the switch loss is greatly reduced and the power factor is greatly improved.
