| 摘 要： | 随着科教兴国战略的贯彻实施,高等教育事业得以迅猛发展,高校基本建设投入不断增加。为确保高校基本建设目标顺利实现,促进项目实施规范化,提高项目管理水平,对高校基本建设项目进行全方位的深入研究势在必行。项目管理成熟度模型作为一种新型的项目管理方法,描述了一个组织由混乱、不成熟的过程到有纪律、成熟的过程的进化路径,具有广泛的适应性。从高校基建管理的特征入手,对该模型引入高校基建管理的可行性进行探讨。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of the strategy on technology and education,and the rapid development of higher education,colleges and universities increase investment in infrastructure.To ensure the smooth realization of the target university infrastructure,to promote the standardization of project implementation,and to improve the level of capital construction project management,the research on colleges and universities capital construction project management maturity is imperative.As a framework and tools to analysis maturity,Project Management Maturity Model describes the evolution paths of an organization from the chaotic,immature processes to become disciplined,mature process.In this paper,we can find useful information through discussion the applicability to the project management maturity model introduced college infrastructure management. |
