| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代恢复商业银行概念之后，国家为了实现宏观调控目标先后实施了一系列的货币政策工具，包括：存款准备金率、存贷款利率、公开市场操作等。这些政策工具的运用对商业银行的影响进行了分析比较，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Since China's resumption of commercial banks in the 1980s, the Chinese government has adopted a succession of monetary policies to achieve macroeconomic control targets, which include deposit reserve ration, interest rates for deposits and loans, open market operations and so forth. The paper compares and analyzes the influences of the policies on the commercial banks and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. |
