| Abstract: | This paper deals with the necessity of building basic medical insurance intitution from perfecting the intitution of medical insurance, solving difficulty and highexpense of seeng a doctor, and in particular, the medical market and pulling consumer demand. Then it deals with the feasibility from the aspects of the demand of people residing in cities and towns and economic development. The research will be helpful to pull the building of the institution. |
