| 摘 要： | 通过对空手道的技术、精神魅力以及练习空手道对健全大学生人格的积极作用的论述,并将空手道与同类项目（跆拳道、散打、拳击等）进行比较分析后,提出空手道运动是高校体育课程内容的理想选择,对大学生的素质教育和终身体育锻炼都会起到积极促进作用。

| Abstract: | Through discussing the positive role of improving the university students personality which Karate techniques,Karate practice,as well as the spirit of Karate,compared Karate with the same group sport items（Taekwondo,Sanda,boxing,etc.）,which proposed that Karate is the ideal choice of college sports curriculum.It will play a positive role in promoting the quality education of college students and their lifelong physical exercise. |
