| 摘 要： | 通过对广西 5所高校体育院 (系 )体育专业师资的状况调查分析 ,并与全国 8所高校体育专业师资状况进行比较研究 ,结果表明 :广西体育专业师资整体结构在职称、学历、年龄等方面的差异明显。加强广西体育专业师资队伍建设的优化培养和引进策略 ,是改善师资结构现状的重要途径。

| Abstract: | In this article, the author analyses the structure of college P.E. teachers in five P.E. departments and Colleges in Guangxi and Compares this with eight P.E. Colleges in other provinces. The comparison implies that the structure of college P.E. teachers in Guangxi is inferior in professional title, degree and age to those in other Provinces. One important way to improve this structure is to enhance the training of College P.E. teachers and to introduce excellent P.E. teachers from other provinces. |
