| 摘 要： | 为了构建市场经济条件下浙江省竞技体育后备人才培养的新体系 ,对浙江省竞技体育后备人才的数量与质量、项目布局、培养效益等问题进行了调查 ,指出了当前存在着学、训矛盾、培养模式与市场经济不相适应以及教练员素质不高等问题。结论 :走“体、教结合”的道路 ,逐步理顺人才输送渠道 ,培育体育人才交流市场 ,大力提高教练员的素质。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the new system of cultivating sports talents under the market economy in Zhejiang province, this article makes an investigation on quantity and quality of sports talents, distribution of sports events, cultivation benefit. It points out that existing problems are the contradiction of learning and training, unsuited cultivating model with market economy, low quality of coaches. The conclusion is to perfect the transfer channels gradually, to set up talent exchange market, to enhance the coach's quality. |
