| 摘 要： | 当前,全国范围内正在如火如荼地开展着农村信用社深化改革试点工作,在这项改革工作中完善法人治理结构是必须要认真研究和妥善解决的重要课题.目前农村信用社法人治理结构存在着诸如"三会"组织形同虚设、行政控制现象比较严重等缺陷.这些缺陷主要是由于产权不明晰,产权制度不完善等一系列原因造成的.因此,迫切需要从完善"三会"制度,完善产权制度等方面加以努力.完善法人治理结构是农村信用社生存与发展的接力纽带.

| Abstract: | Presently, the reform of the rural credit association is being developed nationwide to deepen the experiment, of which the important topic is to perfect the corporate governance structure. At present, there exist some serious shortcomings in the corporate governance structure of the rural credit association, which are caused by undefined property right and imperfect property system. Therefore there is an urgent need to perfect property system and the corporate governance structure. |
