| 摘 要： | 外企管理和技术人员作为统战对象的重要组成部分,在全部统战工作中的地位越来越重要。因此,做好这一群体的工作,是新时期统战工作的客观需求。构建对外企管理与技术人员的综合评价指标体系,有利于加强他们的队伍建设,促进这支队伍健康成长,不断为促进社会主义各阶层关系和谐、构建社会主义和谐社会、实现中华民族的伟大复兴凝聚新的力量。

| Abstract: | As the important component of the object of uniform line,the administration and technicians of foreign-fund enterprises have enjoyed more and more priority in the whole uniform line.Therefore,to serve this special group is an objective need of the work of uniform line in the new era.The construction of comprehensive evaluation index system towards administration and technicians in foreign-fund enterprises will strengthen their team construction,speed up their growing healthily,promote the inter-class harmony in China,construct socialist harmonious society in China and realize the great revival of Chinese nationality. |
