| 摘 要： | 武警部队完成各种急难险重任务必须以优良的身体素质为基础。通过对＂教、学、练、战＂一体化教学模式的深入研究,结合武警部队所面临的任务和现阶段的军事体育训练状况,在训练的统筹计划、训练效益、激励机制,以及在军体训练中如何培养良好的心理素质等方面提出见解。

| Abstract: | The excellent fitness is the fundamental requirement for the armed police since they always undertake urgent,difficult and dangerous tasks.Basing on the research on the integrate teaching mode of ‘teach,learn,train,combat’ and the actual tasks and military sports training situation of the armed police,the author propose some insights on the integrate plan,benefits,incentive system for training and how to cultivate good psychological quality in the training. |
