| 摘 要： | 对体育运动中准确性项目群的比赛特性进行研究,具体分析了此项群竞技项目的性质、特征,以及该项群优秀运动员竞技能力的决定因素与出现的新特征,发现该项群的主要特征为＂稳、准、快＂,显著特征为＂准＂,最后结合竞赛规则的发展趋向,提出了该项群优秀运动员核心竞技能力的培养方法。

| Abstract: | The paper researched match characteristics of the accurate group event,and analyzed the nature,characteristics,determinants and new features of competitive ability of the accurate group event,the main features of the accurate group event as stability,quasi,fast,while significant features is the quasi and finally combined with the development trend of competitive rules,proposed a series of training methods to the core competitive ability of elite athletes. |
