| 摘 要： | 体育教育专业学生既要有扎实的专业基础知识,又要熟练掌握教学技能,以适应未来体育教学工作的需要。教学技能属于习得能力,需要通过练习获得。采用教学实验法,运用微格教学方法对体育教育专业学生教学技能进行培训。实验表明:通过微格教学对体育教育专业学生的教学技能进行培训可以提高他们的教学能力,是体育教育专业学生掌握教学技能行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Physical education majors shall have solid professional knowledge and have proficiency in teaching techniques so as to competent for the physical education teaching.Teaching techniques are the acquired capacities which demand practice.By the method of teaching experiment,the paper adopts microteaching method to conduct teaching technique training of the physical education majors.The experiment shows that through microteaching,the teaching technique training for the physical education majors can promote their teaching capacities.It is an effective way for the physical education majors to adopt teaching techniques. |
