| 摘 要： | 非智力因素是促进人的学习、工作和运动训练积极性的动力，对人的成长起着重要作用。在体育教学中激发和培养学生的非智力因素，能培养学生的竞争意识，体育素养，体育意识．体育兴趣和体育能力；能使学生端正学习动机，提高求知欲望，从而提高体育教学的效益。本文对体育教学中激发和培养学生的非智力因素的途径与方法进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Emotional factors are those forces students that motivate in his study, work and athletic traning, Through activating and cultivating students' emotional factors, we can successfully raise their competitive conscience and cultivate sudents' athletic qualities, interests, awareness and abilities. It may also help students to form a correct learning motivation and heighten their desire to learn more knowledge so as to increase the effectiveness in physical education.
