| 摘 要： | 对金色补血草黄色素的提取条件和稳定性进行了研究.结果表明;提取的最佳条件是以pH=5.0体积分数70%的乙醇为提取剂,物料比1g:8m L,在60℃下浸提2.5h,色素对光、热稳定性较好,抗氧化性好,在酸性介质中稳定.

| Abstract: | The extraction technology of yellow from Limonium aureum are studied in this paper. The result shows that the optimum conditions were solutions of 70% alcohol with pH5.0, the ratio 1g: 8mL between Limonium aureum and extraction solvent, and extraction temperature at 60℃ for 2.5 hours The yellow pigment was strong to light and heat in stability, and the oxidation resistance is good. It is steady in acid medium. |
