| Abstract: | The construction of professional innovation team can not only enhance the professional competence of teachers,but also promote the sustainable development of professional construction.In this paper,author takes mechanical and electrical integration team of Beijing Polytechnic College as an example,discusses the construction of professional innovation team from necessity of team construction,organization & management models,operational mechanism and main construction measure. |
