| 摘 要： | 校本管理是以学校为本位的管理思想、管理策略和模式，主张给学校更多更大的办学自主权，学校则要遵循教育规律办学，从学校特色出发，确定办学理念，设计发展蓝图。它的产生既适应了当今世界教育素质化的趋势和学校层面改革深化的需要，也是现代学校管理变革的自身要求。实施校本管理，要求校长增强决策意识，走质量内涵发展道路，追求学校管理精致化。

| Abstract: | The school based management includes administrative thoughts, strategies and models in running schools. It suggests that schools, given more and larger decision making power, should follow the natural law in education itself, and meanwhile, they should determine their own thoughts and design their own developing model according to the characteristics and conditions of the schools themselves. The rise of the school based management is in line with the tendency of quality oriented education in the present world and meets the needs in furthering reforms in modern school management. To carry out the school based management requires schoolmasters to make right decision and seek for quality oriented development, so that they can achieve best efficiency in management. |
