| 摘 要： | 高职教育本身就是从物质生产过程中分化出来的高等教育的一种类型，它与行业、企业之间有着天然的联系。高职院校人才培养必须依托行业、企业，双方参与，平等合作，优势互补，实行多方位、深层次的联系与合作。这样，才能激活其办学的机制，逐步使行业、企业成为办学的伙伴，使高职院校人才培养工作沿着职业与技术教育的方向健康持续发展。

| Abstract: | The vocational and technical education itself is a branch of higher education,which is related to industries and enterprises in nature. This article, elaborates that talents training of the vocational and technical colleges must depend on industries and enterprises, and they should both participate in it and cooperate egually and deeply. It can activate the school system, make industries and enterprises the principal part gradually and cause talents training to develop continuously and healthily towards the vocational and technical education. |
