摘    要:新编“健身气功·八段锦”(以下简称“八段锦”)通过调心、调身、调息,在心理上调节改善人的不良心理状态,在生理上可疏通经络,保证人体气血畅通。通过特定的形体运动,配合呼吸,以心为主导的整体养生具有保精、养气、存神的作用。通过长期习练“八段锦”,可以平衡阴阳、调和气血、疏通经络,培育真气.从而达到扶-祛邪、防痛治病的作用。

Abstract:The New Baduanjin (briefly, Baduanjin) can adjust man's pyschological state, and can dredge meridian system to help the circluation of blood, through adjusting mind, body and breath. By special body movement cooperated with breath, the sport has function of keeping spirit, adjusting breathing and improving health. Regular practising of Baduanjin can balance the Yin and Yang in body, promote the blood cirlulation and Qi, dredge the meridian system, develop the Qi in body and reach the aim of preventing diseases and improving body health.
