摘    要:近年来,我国社会变革正处于攻坚期,人们价值观多元化,在对自身的利益肯定和诉求下,企业责任失控、利益失衡、经济失信等事件层出不穷。因此,如何改善组织和员工的伦理行为是企业管理者亟待解决的重要问题之一。本文通过对伦理氛围、主动伦理行为及其关系深入研究,从而帮助组织营造积极的伦理氛围。

Abstract:In recent years, our country is in a crucial period of social change. People have pluralistic values. Under the affirmation and demands of people's own interest, corporate responsibility is out of control, and the im-balance between the interests of economic credit events emerge in an endless stream. Therefore, how to improve the organizations and ethical behavior is one of the important issues to be solved for managers. This essay is based on the active-depth study of ethical climate, ethical behavior and their relationship, aiming at helping organizations create a positive ethical climate.
