| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法与数理统计法等研究方法,选取北京地区七所篮球水平强校的高校,以部分教练员和男子篮球运动员为研究对象,分析北京高校男子篮球运动员的培养现状,诊断北京市高校男子篮球运动员中存在的问题并探讨科学的应对策略,为高校男子篮球运动的管理和训练提供有益的参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper, by means of documentaries, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics and so on, selects seven universities in the Beijing area with better basketball programs, and coaches and male basketball players as the subjects, analyzes their current conditions for training male basketball players, figures out problems in training university male basketball players, and comes up with strategic suggestions and countermeasures, providing reference for the management and running of university men＇s basketball sports. |
