| 摘 要： | 解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进是党的十六大的精髓。高校要把党的十六大精神落到实处，在工作中首先要做到解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进。只有紧紧抓住十六大带来的新一轮思想解放的契机，全力推进教育创新，才能迎来素质教育的大发展、快发展，实现科教兴国的伟大战略。

| Abstract: | The essentiality of S.C.C.P.C is emancipating the mind , doing something in a practical way and developing with each passing day. Institutions of higher learning should carry out the spirit of S.C.C.P.C .First of all, peole should emancipate the mind, do something in a practical way and develop with each passing day. Only the people catch up with the new chance of emancipating the mind brought out by the S.C.C.P.C and propell the creation in deucation, can the fast development of quality education and the great stratedy of developing the country by scientific education come true. |
