| 摘 要： | 教师聘任制正在全国各地各级各类学校逐步推行,但目前许多学校实行的教师聘任制还存在着各种问题,严重地影响了教师工作积极性的充分发挥,影响学校教育质量的提高,需要人们依据相关法律的规定,对教师聘任制进行不断的改革,使其不断趋于完善。
