| 摘 要： | 性格在教育过程中的影响始终不容忽视。不论是在课堂表现、课程选择,还是学生在学习中所遇到的问题,都和学习者本人的性格有着联系。笔者认为,老师应该时刻清楚地意识到这种联系,并且在教学中根据学生的不同性格展开有效的教学。

| Abstract: | As far as classroom behavior,subject choice are concerned,there is one strong factor that shows its power thoroughly to the two.That is the learners' personality.The author gives a detailed discussion on such aspects as a- chievement motivation,anxiety,and different subject choices from students with different personality.Therefore,it is a challenge for teachers to be aware of the importance of the issue and treat the learners differently according to their personal- ity. |
