西部“两基”攻坚战略背景下的教师培训研究

摘    要:教师是教育系统中的重要组成部分,教师的素质与教育质量密切相关。在逐步完成西部“两基”攻坚战的同时,“两基”质量问题凸显。只有加强教师培训工作,提高西部地区教师整体素质,才能为“两基”质量提供有力的支持和保障。以西部“两基”攻坚战略为背景,对西部地区教师培训的现状及问题进行分析,从而提出有效解决教师培训问题的对策,将有利于促进“两基”质量的提高。

Abstract:Teachers are an important component in the educational system, and the quality of education is closely related with the quality of teachers. Near the completion of the fortification fight of the Western "Two Basics", the issue of the "Two Basics" quality has become prominent. Only by strengthening teacher training and improving the overall quality of teachers of the western area, can we warrant powerful support and quality of the "Two Basics". With the background of the strategy of attacking fortified positions of the "Two Basics", an analysis of the present situation and remaining problems of teacher training of the western area, through which effective countermeasures of solving the problems concerning teaching training work are to be put forward, will be helpful to the improvement of the quality of the "Two Basics".
