| 摘 要： | 结合实际工程，由屋面防水三种类型施工的优缺点、适用范围及预算造价分析可知，机砖水泥砂浆做屋面防水，在实际施工中是最经济、简便的防水做法．杜绝不合格材料进场，选择责任心强、素质高的施工队优，严格按图纸设计及有关要求规范施工，才能达到最佳效果．

| Abstract: | Through Combining with practical projects, analyzing advantages and disadvantages of three kinds of roof waterproof construe tion, applicable scope and budget cost, we find that roof waterproof with machine brick cement mortar is an economic and simple procedure in the actual construction. In order to achieve the best results we must pay special attention to use qualified materials and construction team of high quality, and practise in strict accordance with design drawings and the requirements specification. |
