外语教师课堂教学能力形成性评价体系之构建

摘    要:课堂教学能力是保障课堂教学质量的核心因素之一。目前在对外语教师的课堂教学能力评价的理论和实践中存在不少问题。运用形成性评价和现代教育理念从六个方面动态构建外语教师课堂教学能力形成性评价体系具有其理论和实践意义。

Abstract:Classroom teaching ability is one of the core factors to ensure the quality of classroom instruction.Currently,there are some theory and practice problems in assessing the classroom teaching ability of foreign language teachers.Based on the theories of formative assessment and modern education,the formative assessment system in classroom teaching ability of foreign language teachers is dynamically constructed from six aspects.Finally,its significance of theory and practice are concisely analyzed.
