| 摘 要： | 农民工自组织是农民工进入城市的主要路径之一。农民工自组织的社会资本具有初级的社会关系网络、非制度化和羸弱的组织化特征。通过发挥城市农民工自组织的正态效应,从自组织的内部和外部来构建农民工自组织的社会资本,提高城市农民工适应城市工作和生活的能力,从而达到农民工与城市发展和谐共进的目的。

| Abstract: | Self-organization is one of the main paths for farm workers to get into the urban area.The social capital of this organization features primary social connection network,non-systematization,and weak organization.It is advisable that the positive effects of this organization are employed to construct the social capital of this organization internally and externally,so as to improve the migrant workers' ability to adapt to their new work and the urban life,and eventually achieve harmonious development. |
