| 摘 要： | 就业指导课是为适应我国社会主义市场经济体制的发展和高校毕业生就业制度改革的需要而开设的一门课程,对帮助学生掌握就业方面的知识和信息发挥着积极的作用。目前各高校开设就业指导课还存在着突出问题,以人为本强化师资队伍建设是加强就业指导课建设关键所在。

| Abstract: | Career Advisory Subject has been opened to meet the need of developing socialist market economy of our country and reforming the employment system of university graduates. It has played a very active role in helping the students acquire the knowledge and information concerning employment. However, there still exist some problems with this subject in so many universities. The key to strengthening the development of this subject lies in the idea that everything is centered on beings. |
