| 摘 要： | 俱乐部产权关系混乱,经营管理理念落后,经营渠道单一,经营运作不善,是我国职业排球俱乐部经营方面存在的主要问题.拓宽经营渠道,开发新的经营领域,扩大球迷数量,加大宣传力度是各排球俱乐部增强自主经营,自我发展能力的主要发展对策.
