| 摘 要： | “键康第一”思想提出迄今有半个多世纪，国家也采取了一系列健康教育举措，但从已有各种调查结果显示，我国在校青少年学生、大学生和知识分子健康状况不容乐观。《体育与健康》承担着体质和健康教育的任务；明确其在学校健康教育中的职责，充分挖掘体育对于健康教育的功能，才能更好地体现和服务于“键康第一”的思想。

| Abstract: | It has been more than halfa century since the idea of ＂Healthy First＂ was raised in 1950＇ s. The country has also made a series of health education moves. But as shown from the results of various investigation, the health states of the young students, college students and intellectuals are not optimistic~ The course ＂PE and Health＂ undertakes tasks of health and health education. It is important to clearify its responsibility in the school health education and thoroughly discover functions of health education, So as to embody and serve the idea of ＂Health First＂. |
