| 摘 要： | 《著作权法》没有授予期刊社专有出版权,这不利于对期刊社合法权益的保护。期刊社通过与作者签订《论文发表协议书》的方法,明确双方的权利、义务及责任,获得专有出版权,对双方利益的实现都有利无害,因此值得推广。

| Abstract: | The present law of copyright has not endowed journal presses any specialized publishing right. This is unfavourable for protecting the legal right of journal presses. It is favourable and harmless for journal presses to conclude and sign agreements on publishing articles with every writer, clearly define the rights and duties, and gain the specialized publishing right. So this method of work is worth spreading. |
