摘    要:本文论述了着眼于福利社会的需求及学生的身心发展,尤其是学生的社会服务意识及社会实践能力,而在师资培养课程中导入志愿服务教育这一日本师资培养课程改革的新举措及其对我们的启示。

Abstract:This article concerns about the new measure of the Japanese teacher-training curriculum re- form, that is the Japanese teacher-training curriculum takes in the volunteer-service education to meet the needs of social welfare, developing students body and mind, especially students' consciousness of social service and social practice ability, and the inspiration to us as well.
