| Abstract: | Case Teaching Approach is a unique teaching approach developed and formed during the long teaching practice. Its application in the teaching of basic theories of law is closely correlated with the selection of cases and interdependent on the systematic teaching and the teaching of laws and regulations.The designing of the mode of the Case Teaching Approach is especially important and will directly influence the development, success and failure of the functions of the Case Teaching Approach. |
